UUCB Small Groups

Forum – Weekly Sunday at 10:00 am, in person in the RE Room or online on zoom. Join us before service for interactive topics and speakers of interest.

Mindfulness Class – Weekly, Mondays at 7:30 pm, online only on zoom (not meeting 4th Monday of the month). This class meets weekly to discuss books and topics on Mindfulness, meditation and compassionate communication. Email [email protected] for more information.

Spiral Journey CUUPS – Meeting in Person on the First and Third Sundays of each month at 6:00 pm in the social hall. They are an Earth-based Spiritual CUUPs group learning and growing together with the greater Pagan Community in Melbourne Florida. Women’s Group – “Please join us on the first and third Thursday of each month for our Women’s Group meeting. Meeting 1st and third Thursday at 1pm. This is an informal social get-together for friendship and mutual support. There is no “program,” but we do have time for each person to check in, if they wish. Al Anon – Thursdays 10 30 AM – This is a weekly confidential mutual support program for people whose lives have been affected by someone else’s drinking.
